Marketing Manager

Location: You will be based at Touchstone’s Doncaster office.
Hours: 40 Hours per week 09:00 - 17:30

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Support the Marketing Director in carrying out high level Marketing Projects.
  • ​Delegate workload amongst team members.
  • ​Propose and develop new strategies to Marketing Director.
  • ​Manage, report on and analyse the marketing budget. 
  • ​Develop and manage the Marketing Plan to support with business growth. 
  • ​Proofread and sign off Marketing activities. 
  • ​Ensure all marketing is on brand and consistent. 
  • ​Measure and report performance on all digital marketing campaigns. 
  • ​Create and submit weekly and monthly marketing reports. 
  • ​Lead generation for sales and identify appropriate buyers within the target market.
Requirements:
  • Experience within a Marketing Managers role. 
  • Proven ability of creating and delivering measurable marketing strategies and plans.

  • Experience with Infusionsoft or similar CRM system. 
  • ​Advanced IT skills.

Media Buyer / Ads Manager

Location: You will be based at Touchstone’s Doncaster office.
Hours: 40 Hours per week 09:00 - 17:30
The Role: 
An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Touchstone Education for Media Buyer within our Marketing team.
Main Duties:
  • To manage all Facebook Ads for the company
  • ​To manage all YouTube Ads for the company
  • ​To manage all Google Ads for the company
  • ​To manage and develop, direct to sale, lead gen, re-targeting and CTA ads.
  • ​To propose and develop new strategies to bring Ad cost down to below average costs
  • ​To support Marketing Director on carrying out agreed advertising strategies
  • ​Manage, report on and analyse the marketing advertising budget
  • ​Ensure all advertising material is on brand and consistent
  • ​Measure and report performance on all advertising campaigns
  • ​Create and submit monthly marketing report
Requirements:
  • Experience within a Media Buyers Role
  • ​Experience with budgets and PO systems
  • ​Advanced Facebook, Google and YouTube advertising
  • ​Strong reporting skills

PPC Specialist

Location: You will be based at Touchstone’s Doncaster office.
Hours: 40 Hours per week 09:00 - 17:30

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Create and plan PPC Campaigns across various digital channels.
  • ​Manage existing and new campaigns provide expertise on how to optimise. 
  • ​Generate reports on success of campaigns and highlight areas for improvement.
  • ​Analyse trends to ensure we make data driven decisions. 
  • ​Presenting data and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements:
  • Experience in Google Suite (inc Ad Words) and Facebook Ads Manager.
  • ​Creative and innovative in producing content. 
  • ​Minimum 12 months experience required in a similar role. 

Property Investment Executive 

Location: You will be based at Touchstone’s Doncaster office.
Hours: 40 Hours per week 09:00 - 17:30

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Calling leads to book valuations to bring properties on. 
  • ​Carrying out valuations.
  • ​Generating new business.
  • ​Securing new property opportunities. 
  • ​Bring properties on to introduce to investors.
  • ​Dealing with vendors, investors and developers.
  • ​Carrying out sales progression. 
Requirements:
  • Sales background. 
  • Experience carrying out valuations. 
  • ​Experience of property development investing.
  • ​Experiencing working with and communicating to multiple stakeholders. 
  • ​Experience analysing financial information and valuation reports. 
  • ​Strong communicating, influencing and interpersonal skills. 
  • ​Self-motivated with the ability to take a proactive approach and able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • ​Ability to prioritise and organise work under pressure. 
  • ​Attention to detail. 
  • ​Confident in own decision-making skills. 
  • ​Full UK Driving license.
Salary: Between £25,000-£27,000

Junior Content Writer

Location: You will be based at Touchstone’s Doncaster office.
Hours: 40 Hours per week 09:00 - 17:30

Duties & Responsibilities:
We require a talented and creative content and copywriter for our growing business. This person must bring a strong and clear tone of voice and direction to help drive our business and marketing forward.
  • To contribute towards the production of creative social media content via channels that include Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube.
  • ​Design any relevant assets for company email marketing. 
  • ​Keep up to date with changes in the world of social media, digital content and marketing. 
  • ​Support with day-to-day marketing activates.
  • ​Manage company social medial channels and communication.
  • ​Analyse and report audience information and demographics and success of existing social media projects.
  • ​Use timelines and scheduled content to create a consistent stream of new content for audience interaction while analysing, managing and altering schedules where necessary to optimize visits.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 12 months in previous position. 

Executive Assistant

Location: You will be based at Touchstone’s Doncaster office.
Hours: 40 Hours per week 09:00 - 17:30

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Supporting the Managing Director by organising travel, diary management, minuting meetings and other administration and executive support.
  • ​This is a unique role where you will also be closely supporting the Managing Director with driving the business forward. You will be involved in business growth plans, strategies, projects & day to day operations, all with the aim to improve the business.
  • In this role you will be involved in senior management meetings, solving problems, and supporting with people management for the rest of the business.
  • ​If you have previous experience of working within Project Management or Leadership, then this role may suit you. You must be an excellent communicator, organised and have strong problem-solving skills and be able to use initiative.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant position supporting exec level colleagues. 
  • ​Discretion and trustworthiness: you will often be party of confidential information.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills and ability to coordinate others.

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
  • ​Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
  • ​Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.
  • ​Preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessment, and other documents.
  • ​Advising managers and clients on improvements and new strategies.
  • ​Keeping track of materials and ordering more when required.

An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Touchstone Education & Paragon group of companies for a talented Financial Analyst to come on board due to the growth of the company.

Overall Summary

To highlight and implement key improvements in the business, bringing in efficiency and cost effective measures to help the business’s grow.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Work across each of the Paragon businesses to highlight improvements which will help improve efficiency, save cost and/or give better service to our clients.
  • ​Once the improvement is highlighted to pull a business proposal together to get sign off for implementation.
  • Deliver the improvement as a project plan, ensuring key stakeholders are communicated to and the company buys into the change.
  • ​Measure the effectiveness of the project and make changes as needed.
  • ​Hand over to the business unit once fully signed off and that it is working as it should and bringing in the improvement needed.
  • ​Analyse and feedback for any learnings for future projects.
  • ​Be able to communicate from level 1 team members to the board of directors.
  • ​To bring key improvements in swiftly, ensuring speed doesn’t compromise quality.

An exciting opportunity has arisen here at Touchstone Education, due to the promotion of our existing Manager we now have the opening to welcome a new Head of Education.

Overall Summary

To manage over see the education provided at Touchstone and ensure the success of all our students.
Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Manage the team to deliver the company operations KPI’s
  • ​Manage the events and operations budget to deliver the service in line with agreed financials.
  • ​Develop the strategy to grow and improve the Mastermind programme to cope with the significant growth and our long term strategy.
  • ​Deal with challenges and solution seek for short term and long term fixes.
  • ​Oversee the running of the company live events, these range from our 2 day online and in person property conferences to our 2 hour Free online webinars.
  • ​Oversee the event agenda and agree final sign off with the directors.
  • ​Ensure the event is organised and well managed, including booking Trainers, staff and all logistics 
  • ​Oversee the booking of guest speakers and any support trainers that are needed.
  • ​Organisation of resource for each event balance event needs with office cover
  • ​Event co-ordinator at each event, ensuring the event runs smoothly and any technical issues are dealt with quickly.
  • ​Review feedback after each event and implement necessary changes when required.
  • ​Lead the Mentors on the Mastermind Programme, ensuring they have everything they need to run a quality mastermind session.
  • ​Oversee the 700+ Delegates on our mastermind programme, tracking and monitoring progress and dealing where is required.
  • ​Recruit and train new mentors coming to join us.
  • ​Drive Max booking at each event and turn up rate of our delegates
  • ​Lead event Brief and De-briefs where applicable
  • ​Lead the Various projects for the operations team (customer service, Mastermind Programme, online & in person events)
  • ​Look after our online training portal ensuring delegates are getting access and using this to help their Property Education Journey
  • ​Oversee all customer calls and emails ensuring great customer service is delivered
  • ​Manage our Trust pilot account ensuring we hit 4.5.
Requirements:
  • 3 years experience as an Events or operations Manager.
  • ​Customer service experience 
  • ​Project Management experience 
  • ​Excellent organisation skills
  • ​Good technical abilities with general in person and online event systems and equipment
  • ​Flexible and urgency to solve critical challenges.
  • ​Evenings and Weekends 
  • ​Driving license & vehicle
