  • Oversee, maintain, and inspect all designated buildings and properties within the luxury SA property portfolio

Duties & Responsibilities:
  • • Own the website, landing page and funnels roadmap, planning activities and resources appropriately and managing any delivery risk
  • ​• Own the management of organic traffic via SEO, content and tagging of the website
  • ​• Website content and form management, delivering optimised customer experiences
  • ​• Upgrading the website for UX and building clear golden paths for performance growth
  • ​• Build & manage the CRO strategy and delivery of experiments via Google Optimise
  • ​• Build, maintain and leverage a strong network of key relationships to align marketing and digital initiatives.

Requirements:
  • Experience of developing website platforms is essential to this role

Main Duties:
  • Organise & coordinate travel, accommodation and hospitality requirements
  • ​Proactively manage/maintain electronic calendars and schedule telephone/video/meetings and other appointments 
  • ​Produce and process documents always ensuring in a high standard of customer service
  • ​Coordinate & provide high quality, confidential administrative and secretarial support
  • ​Dealing with incoming email, post, often corresponding on behalf of the manager
  • ​Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations
  • ​Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings
  • ​Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.
